What is the Council?

A secret order. Just as a meme.

The Council is a kind of “secret order” built by King Chris’ community. Members jokingly present themselves as his council, wear the same red hooded profile picture and speak collectively. It started as a running gag and then spread through the community on its own.

King Chris

In the lore King Chris is Lord and King. The Council is his council — as roleplay.

Members speak collectively. “The Council has decided…” is not a sentence, it is a signal.

The Council decides, proposes and requests. And receives tasks in return.

The community votes on cosplays. A large share of the requests comes from the Council.

As the Council appeared in more and more comment sections, a counter-meme formed: the Resistance. It uses a blue hood instead of a red one and positions itself as the opposition to the Council. This page explains it for context only — the Resistance is not promoted here.
